Senior Housing/Enriched housing

     Housing programs vary widely. Life care communities are the most comprehensive type, providing independent living in apartments to skilled nursing housing. Congregate housing is similar to life care, however residents do not own their own apartment or rooms and there is no commitment to provide care over time as needs change.
