Isabella Geriatric Center, a leading not-for-profit, non-sectarian long-term care center in Northern Manhattan has been serving the elderly and the community for more than 125 years. Isabella built its reputation on a tradition of quality medical care and innovation in community services. Isabella has been accredited with the Joint Commission of Accreditation since 1998, another indication of the center's high standards of excellence. In addition, Isabella has been recognized on a national, state and local level for innovative intergenerational and community programs.

Isabella Home - A 705 bed, long term health care center providing comprehensive medical care and rehabilitation which includes the following special programs:
- A Ventilator Dependent Unit
: with state-of-the-art respiratory care equipment- A Youth Unit
: for people of all ages who have suffered traumatic brain injury- A Dementia Care Unit
: a special therapeutic milieu for residents, with support for family members- Short-Term Rehabilitation:

Isabella House - An apartment residence for independent older adults. Seventy studio and one-bedroom apartments with kitchen areas, 24 hour security, 2 delicious meals a day and many optional services such as recreation and housekeeping.

Isabella Home Care - A long-term home health care program for over 350 seniors in their homes. The program features an array of medical, nursing, social service, rehabilitation, light housekeeping and personal care. Accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

Club Isabella Adult Day Health Care Program - serving older adults who live at home and need special care. The program provides diagnosis, therapy, rehabilitation and preventive services. Meals on Wheels - Serving nutritional weekend meals to frail, homebound elderly.

Isabella Child Day Care - An educational nursery and day care program for infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers. Open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Licensed by the NYC Bureau for Child Day Care and the New York State Department of Education.

The Isabella Institute for Older Adults provides a variety of educational and wellness programs for community older adults, including:
Walking Works Wonders - A free healthwalking and exercise program held three times a week and is led by dynamic Coach Jake. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9 am, October through June. Adults age 50 and over are invited.
The 50+ Club - Isabella's wellness and educational program for older New Yorkers and sponsors educational symposiums, provides professional expertise on elder care, a free newsletter, and access to our Low Vision Library and more.

The NAVH Low Vision Library and Service Center - Serving people of all ages who suffer from low vision, this library's services include: a closed circuit TV which enlarges type, a Magna cam with a 20 inch video monitor, large print reading materials and a catalog and pantry full of excellent visual aides and helpful assisted devices for the home.
