Beth Abraham Family of Health Services is a comprehensive network of innovative, multifaceted programs for chronically ill and disabled adults of all ages. All our programs are interrelated, providing unrestricted access to progressively more independent care and living options, or to more intensive levels of care, as individual needs change.

Our Programs

We offer both long-term residential care and short-term, subacute medical care and physical rehabilitation, as well as a wide range of community-based programs that provide intensive health services to individuals, making it possible for them to remain in the familiar surroundings of their own communities.

Residential Programs

Residential Health Care: Long-term medical and skilled nursing care and physical rehabilitation for a wide range of chronic illnesses and disabilities.

Subacute Rehabilitation: A 138-bed unit providing physical and occupational therapy, and speech, hearing and swallowing services for patients needing extended rehabilitation after a hospital stay to restore function and better prepare them to cope when they return home.

Stroke Unit: A rehabilitation unit designed to treat the unique problems of stroke patients.

Subacute Medical Care: Short term hospitalization as an alternative to care in an acute hospital, tailored to the needs of patients who require medical and nursing services, but who do not need the complexity of services associated with an acute-care hospital. Patients recovering from pneumonia or needing post-surgical wound care, chemotherapy or IV antibiotic therapy can benefit from care in this environment.
